Central East Alcoholism and Drug (CEAD) Council is a community based,
not-for-profit corporation offering services to address chemical abuse,
dependency and other therapeutic needs. CEAD Council was originally incorporated
in 1972 and opened its first facility early in 1973.
Mission
CEAD Council’s
Mission
is to provide a comprehensive array of services for
behavioral health promotion and substance abuse prevention, intervention, and
treatment through an ongoing process of needs assessment, remediation
implementation and systematic evaluation of accomplishments.
